She has authored over 15 different books on fitness, health and self growth. She is also the founder of FPLA. Creator of Fitstyle. She earned 10th in the world in tri fitness, was crowned many titles of pageantry including national and international titles on well known network like ESPN2, Fox Sports and TSN. She later appeared as contestants on several reality tv shows. Produced by MTV, ESPN, and CWTV. She has a Grammy and an Emmy Award. Along with in the past her clients for over 15 years were Armed Forces, Police Officers, and some entertainment personalities. She has achieved high education from many institutions in the fields of health, finance, government, social and art sciences, fitness and psychology. She is board certified in Energy Medicine. And certified in fitness, nutrition and yogaRx. Has diplomas in behavioral and positive psychology along with motivational hypnosis. She herself has dealt with her own experiences plus injiuries that thrived her to learn more because she wasn't seeing the system supporting well enough. Which led her to a thousands of hours under some of great mentors in area of arts and self growth. She as a brand ambassador expanded into clothing and beauty. Earning her many titles as Celebrity Aging Most Gracefully, Most Trusted Celebrity Female Role Model, Ms Photogenic and Ms Social Network. She has appeared in and on the cover of magazines like Seventeen, People, Fitstyle Magazine, JetSet, Maxim and others. Her Platform is Beauty Without Cruelty for her love of animals. She has also worked on projects with many actors like Jessica Biel, Drayne Johnson, Cindy Crawford and others called Make a Difference.
