I would conservatively say that I don’t want to do at least half of my workouts. Every once in a while the stars align and my workout feels amazing, but more often than not, I struggle through my workouts. Last week, I was dragging through an especially difficult leg workout. I was struggling physically and mentally. The only way that I got through it was by relying on some tried and true “hacks” that I have used over the years to get my workouts done when I don’t want to. During my rest periods, I opened the Notes section of my phone and wrote my top 10 tips for getting your workout done when you don’t want to. In this episode, I'll teach you these 10 tips to help you maintain consistency and crush your goals!
