In this episode of The Unstoppable Podcast, we’re talking to Evin McMullen — co-founder at Serto, formerly called UPort, a company bridging the intersection between data and identity.
Evin gives her views on data and identity both on and off-chain and talks about how we could port around our personal data in an ideal model. We also discuss the benefits of storing data on-chain versus off-chain.
We talk about how Evin originally got the idea for Serto and the problems she’s trying to solve, including some real-world examples, and her experiences getting government agencies on board. Evin shares her plans for the future.
Evin also talks about her thoughts on DAOs and the problems they can solve in society, along with some challenges with DAOs and potential ideas to overcome them.
