About Rod Khleif

Rod Khleif immigrated to the US when he was six. His family struggled to get by for a while. Rod had to wear clothes from the Goodwill and eat expired food because that was all they could afford at the time. And so, he decided when he was 18 that he was going to do real estate.

Rod started out buying houses in Denver in the ‘80s and ended up with over 500 single-family homes there, using a buy-and-hold strategy. He also had some apartment complexes and bought over 200 houses in Memphis. Rod then bought over 1,300 along the gulf coast of Florida and some apartment complexes, which made him fully transition from single-family to multifamily investing.

Fast forward to now, Rod personally runs over 2,000 homes and apartment buildings. He is also the host of the top-ranked real estate investment podcast called “The Lifetime Cashflow Through Real Estate Investing Podcast,” with more than 10 million downloads. In addition, Rod authored the book How to Create Lifetime CashFlow Through Multifamily Properties, which is considered an essential “textbook” for aspiring and experienced multifamily investors.
