There is actually a National Letter of Intent, a Letter of Intent and a Celebratory Signing Form that cover all the levels of sports played. The NCAA D1, D2 and D3 level and the NAIA and the Junior College levels all have different rules and regulations for the signing for a high school student-athlete.
