Discovering her love for Taekwondo at just 8-years of age after being encouraged by her parents who thought it would be a valuable life skill for her to learn self-defence, Truesdale went through a phase of having low self-esteem, however, she's learnt to master self-love while embracing her differences.
More than proud of having a limb difference, Truesdale is all about breaking barriers and empowering people to love and embrace who they are.
