Loneliness is an empty feeling of beings without the attention of others. It’s when you have conditioned yourself to depend on the interaction and attention of people but experience a season when it fades. Being alone doesn’t have to result in feeling lonely. You can embrace time alone to recharge, restore and renew your life.

1. Vibe alone and reconnect with yourself

2. Get comfortable in your own energy

3. Don’t use people as a means of escape

4. Become more aware of your own energy & you can interpret the energy of others

5. Your alone time is healing
