Mel shares her journey of discovering human design and how it transformed her life and business. She explains the five different human design types - generators, manifesting generators, projectors, manifestors, and reflectors - and provides tips for living in alignment with one's design, such as setting a pace, protecting energetic times of the day, and checking in on one's energy.

Mel also discusses how understanding her own human design helped her overcome imposter syndrome. She offers resources including a free checklist for energetically getting things done and invites listeners to connect with her for complimentary virtual coffee chats.
