Can children learn about careers in a way that is positive and motivating, but does not lock them in to an early career choice? Absolutely.
In this episode, school leader Ed Hidalgo from Cajon Valley Union School District explains his district's groundbreaking program, World of Work, and how children from grades K-8 learn about the world of work, about careers, and most importantly about who they are and how they are innately gifted with certain strengths, temperaments, and talents to be developed.
