• Everyone wants Amazon prime type of service, when it comes to weekly check ins my client check in by the end of the day on Sunday and I try and read, film and record feedback videos and send them back to each client my Monday night. This can be challenging! Especially if I get late check ins. How long would you allow to send feedback videos? I want to offer an Amazon prime type service but realistically it might go past the 24hr time frame sometime.
