If you start your day poorly, your day will mostly turn to sh*t! You have a small magical window of time in the morning to truly set yourself up for optimal results. So use it wisely.
Most of the time, our days are filled with Work pressures and family life to attend to. There's just not enough time to do all the tasks on your plate. And this is the case with seven or eight other people every day. Sadly, it will continue to be a struggle to keep your head above water unless you get smart.
Take action and start your day as well as you possibly can. The first hour of the day is yours. Do some simple yet powerful things you will not get time to do later. Win the first hour so you can win the day.
