Your mate squats, so you squat. You hear you need to do bench press, so you do. But have you ever stopped to think about the movements you have chosen to do and WHY? The selection of exercises on a given day is not the same for everyone. It should depend on your goal and the condition of your body. You wouldn't want to risk injuring yourself by doing movements that are bad for you. So how do you choose the right exercises?
