Christmas is only a few days away, and you're probably off to festive family events. There's nothing wrong with wanting to celebrate, but celebrations often come with lots of food and drinks. So be careful with the urge to overeat, drink and snack excessively. Don't waste your years’ worth of hard work, determination, and effort, plus all the time and money you've invested. Instead, keep your focus and continue with what you started. You don't have to avoid the festivities. You just have to be smart about it. So what can you do?
