From his fulltime job at Village Capital to his numerous board seats, Dustin's dedicated his career to helping minority founders gain access to long-overdue early-stage capital. Capital that these founders purposefully invest back into their communities near and far. It's been an honor to work alongside Dustin as he's championed Nav.it from ideation to now.
