Today we share the magic of intentions and how this “mindful” approach to living helps you get closer to living the life you want to be living.

Intentions can help you achieve your goals with more ease. They bring a different energy and vibrational frequency to our lives than when we focus on a goal.

Intentions are light posts. They tell you where to focus your energy. An intention is something you want to amplify or cultivate. They are focused on the present, are about relationships, and are not focused on outcomes.

Having both goals and intentions can be helpful for you.

Intentions can help you reach your goals more easefully.

“Goals are great to get things done. But they can be a trap. A trap where you focus so much on the outcome that you ignore the journey, its lessons, and the joy of going through it.”- unknown
