Jessi Shuraleff is a former Head of Industry at Google who, after 13.5 years, after much reflection, decided to take her career in a new direction. As a caring and empathetic leader, Jessi guided her teams to great success and was on a clearly defined path for more success within her organization. However, like most of us, we seek to do something different to make a more significant impact.

Jessi shares her wonderful experiences at Google and her mindset around what led her to decide to leave her position in this episode.
