Is Coaching 1:1 the best way?

Having witnessed the transformation possible in a group coaching environment, for me it is a resounding no.

“If everyone is moving forward together then success takes care of itself”. This quote from Henry Ford really makes me stop and think about being part of a collective in coaching. It is so true.

You may think you need to coach 1:1 to get the greatest results for your clients. You may even think that your coaching is too unique to be applied to a group setting.

But have you fully considered the impact of group coaching, both on your clients and on your own business?

Hear me out because having witnessed the power of group coaching with my clients, having realised how much they help each other, I’m a huge believer in the power of group coaching.
