A lot of us don't get enough of it, and that's a problem. When you're not getting enough sleep, your body can't function properly and that means you can't function properly either.
My guest today is Olivia Arezzolo. Today, we will talk about the importance of sleep, how sleeping affects us physically and mentally and tips to treat sleeping problems.
Olivia is Australia’s leading Sleep Expert, speaker, author, coach, and advisor. After 9 years of study, her qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), Certificate of Sleep Psychology, Diploma of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine), and a Certificate 3+4 in Fitness.
