When it comes to optimising your health and feeling the best you can, many of us will have a few foods that we know just don't sit well with us. Yet it seems that any form of "restriction" "avoidance" or "cutting out" of certain foods gets automatically slapped with a disordered eating label.

So how can you tell if you have disordered eating or are simply intentional about your choices?
