So you are sitting in front of the television for 3 hours after dinner. You weigh too much and are unhappy with your weight. Can you sit there for 3 hours without putting any food in your mouth? Almost certainly not.
Why not? What is your problem? Why can't you just watch TV without food? The reason is the same reason you made yourself overweight or fat. You felt you needed the food to maintain your emotional equilibrium. You don't need the food for nourishment. You need to put it in your mouth to feel better and to stop feeling bad.
In this podcast you will experience what it feels like when you don't put food in your mouth while watching TV and how much better you feel when you do put food in your mouth.
This has nothing to do with diets. All diets are a waste of time and money. They are based on emotional deprivation. You are going to put the foods in your mouth that you emotional need. No one is going to stop you!! However, you can eliminate your emotional need for food and weigh anything you want to weigh. REALLY!!
