I've got more vacation going on this week - I'm doing a Staycation while some of my teammates from SilverPeak Performance are in North Carolina swimming at Short Course Yards Nationals.

This week is all about self-care for me. I'm planning to spend some good quality time alone, with Duke (my dog) and some friends of mine. It's time to spoil myself, my dog, and get my routine back.

See, I've had a bit of a tough time coming out of Covid, getting back to work five days a week, AND balancing all this other "stuff," so it's time to get back to basics. More on that later.
