Before Sarah became an “anti-guru,” she spent fifteen years as a book editor in New York City. The utterly terrifying decision to quit that career underpins much of the advice in her best-selling No Fucks Given Guides series.

In the NFGG’s, Sarah writes about mental health, setting goals, taking risks, getting motivated, getting organized, and all the usual self-help stuff...but she does it with profanity and silly charts and long-form analogies involving cartoon chipmunks. It DOES work.
