This podcast comes straight from our hunting camp in the mountains of north-central Pennsylvania! Dan and I report the good and bad of what happened on the First Day of Archery Season doe whitetail deer, what we did, right, and what we really did wrong. We'll show you what we found on a great 4-mile active scouting trek and the bug assault we endured (great video of that). The sheer amount of sign we walked into was incredible and we will be back on it this upcoming weekend. From deer trails and acorn feed trees to huge bear tracks and skat, coyote tracks and skat (multiple piles of fresh skat), and palm-size deer tracks, we found a ton of very promising sign. And Deer?
