You might be at a point in your life where you feel like you just can’t catch a break. That when you take a step back and look at your past, it’s riddled with hardships and roadblocks that prevented you from becoming the person you wish you could be.
For those that don’t truly know me, I may come across as a person who’s sole focus in life is on health & fitness and working out in the gym.
For those that know me a bit better, I likely come across as a thoughtful, caring person who is physically fit and seems to have found exceptional balance in his life.
After all, I’m healthy, have a wonderful loving relationship with my wife, will do just about anything for my family & friends, I have a challenging career, and I do not carry debt in life.
From the outside, I may seem like I've been blessed with advantage and luck in life, and that everything has come easy for me.
Did I have the perfect life?
Did my dad sit me down and teach me how to be a better husband and friend?
Did a great coach get me interested in health & fitness?
Did someone teach me how to find a professional career that would allow me to live a comfortable life?
Did someone in my family leave me money or give me amazing financial advice?
I can tell you now that the answer to all those questions is a resounding “NO”.
This week is going to be a very different episode in that I’m going to share with you some deeply personal stories about how I truly came to be, and I think you’ll be very surprised.
More importantly, the entire purpose of sharing these stories, is in hopes that they may help you develop a different perception about your own situation or past, allowing you to let go of some pain and break down some roadblocks along the way.
I have discovered over the years that many times our physical situation is the result of our inability to deal with what is going on within.
Unfortunately, these are the types of discussions that many health & fitness trainers are neglecting to have with their students.
Well, today is the day for you to take some time to reflect, heal and move forward.
Trust in the process and you may finally be able break free of some psychological roadblocks once and for all.
