If you are like many, you may have tried some various diet approaches, and maybe it lasted for a few weeks, or a couple of months at best.

Maybe you were able to experience some short-term weight-loss, but for some strange reason, you simply quit on your diet only to gain those pounds back, and maybe a few extra on top of that.

Well, in my 39 years of experience of experimenting with weight-loss and health & fitness, I’ve discovered a myriad of reasons why this is such a common occurrence.

Today, I’ll be sharing with you a method of ensuring that your diet remains simple enough to prepare each week, while also providing enough variety and flavor that will keep you looking forward to the next meal.
