What benefits are you missing now you’re self employed?
Manage episode 293691169 series 2794531
Michael Hayes of Hayes Financial Planning guests on today’s podcast – the word “Planning” is a key part of his company name.
Michael admits that some people will instinctively run a mile from someone who offers financial planning, but then gives some really sound reasons why doing that is not a good idea. His answer includes the need for anyone’s personal plan, business plan and financial plan to not conflict with each other, to be working towards the same goals.
We then turn to the title of the show – what employee benefits do you lose when you enter self-employment, and how do you replace those benefits? And if your business grows such that you employ people, what benefits will you offer them, to attract and retain them? And at what cost to the business?
So, if you want to invest in things that will benefit you, or your employees, what should be on your shopping list?
Hayes Financial Planning demystifies financial planning through open and honest conversations.
They create tailored financial plans for individuals & businesses to help meet their financial planning goals through education, prioritisation and implementation.
It all starts with a conversation….
