Mother of three children, actress #JenniferGarner recently shared how much more stressed she was homeschooling and parenting during the pandemic which caused her to rethink her coping strategies. She's not alone. The good news is that research shows that women cope with #stress and pressure better than men. However, they could still use help managing everyday tension and worry. There are many life stressors, positive and negative, that require calm including: Planning a wedding Getting married. Buying a new home Sending a child away for college The death of a loved one. Divorce. Unemployment Financial obligations. However, with the proper strategies, you can remain calm under pressure and unexpected experiences.
