Carla Arges is an encourager, creator, and speaker. Her podcast is called Affirming Truths, and it’s just one of the places where she encourages women in their walk with Jesus. She was once an overwhelmed mom, wife, Christian woman battling a mood disorder and painful past. She lacked joy or any sense of purpose. Through her journey of deepening her relationship with Jesus she has discovered how to thrive with mental illness, grow in her faith, and she has developed a passion to help women transform their lives by helping them root their identity and confidence in Christ.
