Are you really in control?

It’s a bit of a crazy global climate that we’re living in currently. It seems that for the last while we have been experiencing a period of division and confusion that I wish I could say was the first of its kind. The problem is however, that we’ve seen it before. For most of human history we have been controlled, directly or indirectly, by agendas that may or may not be known to the public yet carry a huge impact on our livelihood and most importantly, our freedom. It’s intriguing and sobering at the same time to witness this pattern playing out before our eyes in today's day and age whether it is in business, entertainment, politics, or global health and wellness, and no matter what opinions you hold it’s hard to disagree with the notion that it seems that our portrayed level of control over our own lives is at a relatively all time low in recent history.

So what do we do about it?

This week I want to share with you some of my own thoughts about the times we are in, and our ability to be an influence in our own experience of it.
