We couldn’t be more excited to have Andrea Himmel on the show! Andrea is one of the most dynamic people you could ever expect to come across! Reading through her bio is a journey across a spectrum of interests & accomplishments, any one of which would be a defining achievement for the average person. I’ll do my best to SUMMARIZE her exploits:
✅ Attended The University of University of Pennsylvania where she Studied Real Estate & graduated in the 5% of the student body
✅Worked for Brookfield Properties, before leaving to manage a $3 BN allocation of a $60 BN portfolio within the oil and gas energy sector at Sanders Capital
✅Launched a fund to invest in oil & gas royalties called Revere Resources , which began with a $6 MM Capital raise and grew to a 25 person Company in Houston that raised $300 MM from hedge fund Elliot Management. She resigned in 2018 to focus on other endeavors, but still serves as an advisor to, owner of, and investor in Revere
✅Today she is Director of Acquisitions at Himmel + Meringoff, the company her mother cofounded in 1979, a vertically integrated real estate firm with a multi $bn portfolio of office buildings in Manhattan, Industrial in the boroughs of NYC & more!
✅Andrea serves on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity New York City and Westchester County. She has been a big sister through non-profit Big Brothers Big Sisters of America for 17+ years, ChildFund International and The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center
