Michelle Stevens is a Personal Trainer. Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Lifestyle Coach, and Type 1 Diabetic, who guides ambitious women in adding movement, self-care, and intuition building practices to their lives in sustainable ways. Through her business, My Body My Queen, she works with women who have online businesses and are navigating autoimmune chronic illnesses, burnout, or burnout recovery. Having recovered from burnout and a near death experience from a detox diet gone wrong, she is passionate about helping women break free of fitness and diet fads and start treating themselves like queens.
