She calls this the Hughes Method, and it works!
What struggles do you face as a small business owner? For Jen, as an entrepreneur, she has overcome both imposter syndrome and perfectionism. Instead she focuses on small accomplishments that move her toward her goals one week at a time.
Bernel and Jen talk about lots of great systems to improve your business. And, here are three that Jen swears by:
1 - Track where you are spending your time for 1-2 weeks.
2 - Determine what can be systematized or outsourced and what tasks can only be done by you.
3 - Document each recurring process so that they can eventually be delegated. That’s the dream, right?!
