Laurie Christine King (LCK) is a Content Creator in the Fitness and Nutrition Industry. She has her Bachelors in Nutrition and has been in the coaching space for over a decade, primarily working with women and has focused heavily on REAL WORLD solutions to the problems so many women face as they try to lose weight: hormonal issues, under-eating, and getting weak in the gym.
