Rob: "You need to understand who you are and what brought you here today. That defines your 'why'. Everyone tries to start with the why, but a lot of times their 'why' does not define who they are."
Rob: "If you want to start creating your own personal brand, the first thing I tell them to do is to not create content. You don't need to be a Linkedin influencer. Be an engager. Get involved in conversations around your business."
Rob: "Brand is a full authentic essence that you need to embody. You have to live with it."
Rob: I believe career paths should be non-linear. And my background is definitely not linear. I just want to help others understand that, it's okay. You're impressive because the story is yours and I want to show that and share that.
Rob: An expert is just someone who did something good in the past. They're not forward thinking."
Rob: "My view on money is this: in life, we gotta chase opportunities and experiences over money. If we chase opportunities and experience and we're curious, money will come through our ability to learn and overcome."
