We interviewed Dr. William Accousti @drbillssyrup who is the inventor of Dr. Bill's Cane & Maple Syrup. Dr. Bill is a board certified pediatric orthopedic surgeon in New Orleans. He is a surgeon by day and Cane & Maple man by night and any other time he is not working on medical issues for his patients.
Dr. Bill talked about his background, Vitamin D and why it is in his syrup, distribution, getting the product in stores, and even gave us a LIVE tour of the bottling facility where he had a big vat of Dr. Bill's Cane & Maple Syrup just coming off the production line.
