On another record-setting day for the S&P 500, Carl Quintanilla, Jim Cramer and David Faber led off the show with a discussion about President Biden's $2-trillion infrastructure plan and raising corporate tax rates to pay for it. The president says he is willing to negotiate the 28% percent rate he favors.
