How much time do we spend on our emotional self care? Most of our physical needs are met. We may have a healthy social life. Intellectual stimulation is easy to find. We may even have a spiritual practice. But few people spend time caring for their emotions. In fact, most of us don't even know what emotional self-care would look like.

Inner child work is one of the simplest and most direct ways to heal and support ourselves emotionally. When we learn how to access our vulnerable, inner child parts, it can have profound impact on every other area of our life.
