It is an innovation of how we connect with each other. And we don’t just follow anyone — we follow leaders who have command of the business. But how do you work out where your audience is?

Figure out what it is that you want to say

What repeats in your blog posts, podcasts, social media posts, your product descriptions, or in the products themselves? What does your community know you for? What is your voice inside their head?
