kat did the checklist: therapy, meds, emdr, dbt, even a partial hospitalization program. the more she tried to “heal,” the more she lost herself. a complex ptsd diagnosis reframed the past… but the real pivot came when a night of absolute skepticism cracked her wide open. atheist to “i know god, because god is unconditional love.” synchronicities, spiritual gifts, and a new lens on mental health: maybe what we call “disorder” is often unhealed trauma in highly empathic, highly intuitive people.
