I'm earning my stripes as a true Challenge Historian by rewatching and recapping every single season! We are on to season 7, The Gauntlet, a personal all-time favorite of mine! Very excited for this deep dive today, topics that are covered:

The state of The Challenge franchise heading into The Gauntlet and the monumental evolutions in show and game that would take place this season (05:43).

A rundown of all the major storylines that shaped the season including Sarah Greyson's historic season, the underlying Battle of the Sexes that was happening within the Real World vs Road Rules game, all the many romances and hookups that defined the season, and the comeback that fell just short (25:41).

What aged the best, what aged the worst, and were there any warts from this season (59:32).
