Bullying can be very traumatic and have long-term effects in our lives. In this episode, I talk about how bullying from my past was affecting my present, how being raped manifested as a bully wound, and how I recognized my trigger and healed this pattern. I also answer questions about how a past rumor can still affect the present, and how to heal from the trauma of being bullied by a "mean girl."
