“We want to fail early, and we want to fail often. But more importantly, we want to fail small. So how do we fail small? It’s by not over-committing to things that we don’t fully understand.” Jocko Willink

On this episode of The Leadership Locker, we take a look back to Rich's interview with podcaster and Echelon Front CEO Jocko Willink, where they talked about pooling resources and mitigating risk. Listen as Jocko and Rich discuss leadership, patience, and how to avoid blind spots in business.

Jocko spent 20 years in the SEAL Teams, starting as an enlisted SEAL and rising through the ranks to become a SEAL officer.

Upon retiring from the Navy, Jocko co-founded Echelon Front, a premier leadership consulting company, where he teaches the leadership principles, he learned on the battlefield to help others lead and win.
