There have been a plethora of fad diets that have come and gone these years, all with different promises of lasting effects that will help you slim down fast. Sure, some of them can work for you, but it doesn’t mean the root cause is addressed.

Today I’m joined by Verneri Jaamuru, the Co-Founder and Head of Product at Veri Stable, a continuous glucose monitor to better watch over your metabolic health and stabilise your glucose levels. What a lot of people misunderstand about glucose monitoring, is that it's not just for diabetics. Metabolic health is a spectrum where around 88% of Americans are affected and are metabolically ill.

In this episode of Well Balance 360, Verneri and I discuss glucose, the metabolic health spectrum, gut health, diabetes, intermittent fasting, and much more to help you build healthy habits; all towards living a better life!
