Dr. Zoe Watson is a GP who has recently founded her own company Make and Create, which aims to use creativity to support our mental health and well-being. She makes jewelry, candles and all sorts of kits to help people make their own creative projects, as well as holding workshops to bring people together, meditate with our hands, and unleash our inner artist.

On this weeks episode Zoe opens up about her own mental health struggles and the frustrations of working as a GP with such limited resources allocated to mental health - and how this has inspired her to get creative and help others.
