I am dedicating today's episode to discussing nutrition for female athletes and important factors for fueling bodies for performance. There are so many unhealthy standards for female athletes and how their bodies should look and the sizes they should achieve.

In this episode, I share some of my experiences with sports and body image as a female athlete and how to approach this in a healthier way. The goal of this is to open the conversation around these issues and share ways you can improve your health.
