In the past several months the Zoo has welcomed a herd of new antelope babies. Three sitatunga calves and one lesser kudu calf have been born behind-the-scenes with two more antelope babies to be delivered any day. What’s behind the sudden baby boom? A lot of planning and hard work. In this episode of Off Exhibit we sit down with Maryland Zoo Mammal Collection and Conservation Manager Carey Ricciardone.
