We all know that technology can be addictive and it’s easy to consume hours of content online. To avoid tech addiction, we need to be mindful and aware of how to manage our time online. It’s a real challenge to help our children know how to be mindful, especially when many of us as parents are struggling with this ourselves! In this episode with Jen Springer and Julia Storm, we’ll give you tips on how to become more mindful and inspire you with ideas for how to pass this on to your children and teens.
