This week, we had a candid conversation with each other and then with registered sports dietitian, Amy Goldsmith, founder of Kindred Nutrition about the weight of weight. As runners, we often feel that we need to look a certain way or be a certain weight to run faster, and, in an effort to change our body composition, we find ourselves in a pattern of injury and frustration. In this episode, we talk with each other about our own observations and struggles as coaches and runners and then we talk with Amy, who had us on as guests on her new podcast, Don't be Foodish.
