Do you feel stuck because you want to workout more, but don’t really know what workouts you should be doing to reach your goals?

Well, you’re in for a treat. I’m going to teach you how to create a workout plan that aligns with your goals so that you can finally stop saying “I’ll workout next week” and actually do it this time!

I’ll touch on all the necessary things you’ll need to consider in order to build a workout plan that actually works for you and that you can stick with!

I’ll take you through these steps:

  1. Assessing where you’re at right now
  2. Choosing how many days a week to workout
  3. Deciding your main focus for your workouts
  4. Different workout splits
  5. Choosing exercises and rep ranges
  6. Tracking your progress
