The first part of this episode is about Clare’s Law. I’ll discuss places Clare’s Law has been put in place so far, the positives and negatives of the law.
The last part of this episode is about Rosie Darbyshire. She filled out a Clare’s Law form but she was still let down by police. There’s a particular flaw that partly contributed to her life being viciously taken from her son, the rest of her family and friends.
